In today’s digitally connected world, media training and crisis communication is a key part of preparing staff ahead of media interviews and engagements.

We also work closely with media training specialists to provide guidance on crisis communications and media management. These training sessions are conducted by experienced journalists or communciations professionals who have been in real life breaking news situations and know the drill. They will help explain the media landscape to you as well as coaching you on how to plan for the interviews and manage the way you communicate your messages with the media.

We offer tips on how to present, how to deliver and how to use different techniques to avoid interview pitfalls. Real-life scenarios are played out in an interview context complete with a fully equipped camera crew to put you through your paces. We then review the content and debrief you on messaging, delivery and body language. An edited video clip is also provided after each session.
